    Shipping Policy for Collaredmen 1. Shipping Locations We currently deliver only within Karachi. 2. Shipping Charges Standard Delivery (all locations except Bahria Town Karachi): PKR 200. Free Shipping: Available on orders of PKR 5000 or more. 3. Delivery Times Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days. Express Delivery: Within 24 hours for an additional PKR 100. 4. Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 day. Dispatch occurs within a maximum of 4 days. 5. Shipping Method We provide our own reliable courier service to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. 6. Order Tracking Customers will receive tracking updates via WhatsApp or by signing up on our store. Stay informed about your order’s journey easily. 7. Order Issues Lost/Damaged Shipments: Replaced with the exact same product at no additional cost. Delayed Orders: If delivery exceeds 5 days, shipping charges will be waived. 8. Returns and Exchanges Returns are not available. Exchanges: Customers can exchange their product for the same item, provided the branded packaging is intact. For other concerns, please contact our Customer Support for resolution. 9. Packaging All orders are delivered in branded packaging. Customers must retain the packaging as it is necessary for any exchange requests. 10.     Return and Exchange Policy for CollaredMen! 1. No Product Returns: We do not accept product returns. However, exchanges are available under certain conditions. 2. Exchange Eligibility: To qualify for an exchange, the product must: Have intact tags and original packaging. Be in unused condition. Remain unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. 3. Exchange Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. 4. Reasons for Exchanges: Exchanges are available for the following reasons: Size Issues, Defective Products & Change of Color Note: For size changes or color changes, customers are responsible for the delivery charges (Standard Delivery Charges applied). Exchanges for defective products are processed free of cost. 5. Exchange Process: Contact us via WhatsApp (preferred) or email. Provide proof of purchase and, in the case of defective products, picture evidence of the issue. 6. Non-Exchangeable Products: Products not meeting the conditions mentioned above will not be eligible for exchange. 7. Delivery Charges: Size and color change exchanges: Delivery charges are bared by the customer. (Standard Delivery Charges applied). Defective product exchanges: Delivery charges are covered by CollaredMen. 8.
