Return and Exchange Policy for CollaredMen!
1. No Product Returns:
We do not accept product returns. However, exchanges are available under certain conditions.
2. Exchange Eligibility:
To qualify for an exchange, the product must:
Have intact tags and original packaging.
Be in unused condition.
Remain unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
3. Exchange Timeframe:
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
4. Reasons for Exchanges:
Exchanges are available for the following reasons:
Size Issues, Defective Products & Change of Color
Note: For size changes or color changes, customers are responsible for the delivery charges (Standard Delivery Charges applied). Exchanges for defective products are processed free of cost.
5. Exchange Process:
Contact us via WhatsApp (preferred) or email.
Provide proof of purchase and, in the case of defective products, picture evidence of the issue.
6. Non-Exchangeable Products:
Products not meeting the conditions mentioned above will not be eligible for exchange.
7. Delivery Charges:
Size and color change exchanges: Delivery charges are bared by the customer. (Standard Delivery Charges applied).
Defective product exchanges: Delivery charges are covered by CollaredMen.
